Teams PowerPack – Call Analytics goes beyond basic Call Detail Records reports by providing a user-friendly interface and native reporting of Teams call data, including insights into your auto attendants, cloud queues, and end-users. Contact us to request a free demo and a 30-day trial. 

Unfortunately, some Teams features are incomplete or fail to provide users with all the options they need. For example, the Call History feature is somewhat limited. You can only access 30 days’ worth of direct call data. As a user, you can’t review call records that are older than 30 days.
