Microsoft announced a bunch of new innovations for Microsoft Teams to enhance your organization’s hybrid work journey. Now is the best time to start modernizing communications and delighting with rich collaborative apps, like Teams.
Let’s delve into the new features.
Intelligent Cameras
As a result of the partnership between Microsoft and certified OEM partners including Jabra, Huddly, Logitech, Neat, Poly, and Yealink, AI-powered Intelligent Cameras are being introduced. These experiences deliver enhanced views of rooms that are optimized for remote participants, allowing every person in the room to be seen more clearly. Over the coming months, Intelligent Cameras will be capable of producing multiple video streams allowing in-room attendees to show up in individual feeds for remote attendees, so every person can be seen, identified clearly, and help you feel even closer to the people in the room when joining remotely.
Microsoft Digital Contact Center Platform launch
Microsoft announced the Microsoft Digital Contact Center Platform, which brings together Dynamics 365, Teams, Azure Communications Services, Power Platform, and Nuance, to deliver omnichannel customer engagement. With the Digital Contact Center Platform, customers benefit from best-in-class AI and embedded Teams experiences like native swarming, to allow every member of the organization to help serve customers efficiently. Although this is a perfect solution for small businesses, larger organizations require a tailored solution that still meets quality, compatibility, and reliability, an enterprise-grade contact center is needed.
