Microsoft 365 is extending audio conferencing capabilities

Last August 19, Microsoft announced changes on commercial pricing for Microsoft 365, – the first substantive pricing update since Office 365 was launched a decade ago. Along with this announcement, they also shared extended Microsoft 365 audio conferencing capabilities on Microsoft Teams meetings.

As innovation continues on Microsoft’s collaboration, security, and compliance capabilities, so does MS communications. As a result, Microsoft will add unlimited dial-in capabilities for Microsoft Teams meetings over the next few months.

Since many organizations have adopted a hybrid work model, working from anywhere and having high availability has become a priority. With increased cloud connectivity, dial-in is an important part of the complete Teams experience. Currently, MS Dial-in is included with Microsoft 365 E5 and Office 365 E5. After this announcement, dial-in will be available with subscription in over 70 countries and with interactive support in 44 languages and dialects.
